Happy Easter!!

We had a wonderful Easter weekend. On Saturday Josh and Margaux had a blast coloring Easter eggs together. It was their first time but acted like pros! Of course each egg was dyed multiple times and we ended up with very unique looking eggs.

On Sunday we went to church with Mimi, Buck, Ashley, Ray and Tripp. Then we went back to Mimi and Buck's house for brunch and Easter festivities. This was the first year that Josh hunted for Easter eggs. He picked it up very quickly and was really excited once Buck showed him there were Skittles inside the eggs!!

Next weekend we are headed to Lynchburg and the following weekend we'll be celebrating Tripp's first birthday at Ashley's house. It's gearing up to be a busy spring!

Since it has finally been warm enough, we have been spending a lot more time outside. Josh's latest love is basketball, he'll play using his indoor hoop or just run around on the court outside. As long as he has that big orange ball in his arms he is happy. Luckily we have neighborhood court 15 feet from the house.

Josh has been meeting up with his BFF Margaux for playdates, they get along so well and they are adorable together. They will even hold hands (if asked) and hug one another goodbye, it is so cute to see him interact with other kids his age so affectionately... Although he's still not quite ready to share his favorite stuffed animal with her!

We are excited for spring and summer. Josh walks by the neighborhood pool everyday in anticiaption that it might be open. Thankfully, in the meantime we can take him swimming at our gym, they have a toddler pool area just for him!
